Oh and there's a cardinal too, but he's being held off for a bit. The colors and layout are unconventional so I'm giving him some breathing room to decide if he's OK. Here's a sneak peek; any thoughts?

The cardinal is my favorite. What a wonderful job with each of these. I find watercolor very intimidating and difficult.. I am in awe.

Thanks to everyone for your comments. I really appreciate that you take time to look and comment. The cardinal is a little different but not in a bad way. He doesn't have a name yet though.
Cardinals often have a tough or grumpy look from that big bill and the way it curves. Makes them hard to portray sometimes :)
